Ordering, shipping, and returns

The short version
- Prices are in US dollars, and shipping is free anywhere in the US.
- Pay by card on SumUp’s secure checkout page, or ask for an invoice.
- We email you when your books ship.
- Damaged or misprinted books are replaced or refunded.
How ordering works
- Choose a pack on the shop page and add your shipping address.
- Pay by card on SumUp’s secure checkout page. If you’d rather pay by invoice, for example for a church purchase order, choose “Send me an invoice,” and we’ll email you a secure SumUp invoice. Nothing is charged until you pay it.
- We email you when your books ship.
Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in US dollars and include shipping anywhere in the US, so the price you see is the total you pay. Orders of 100 or more copies get a custom quote.
Card payments happen on SumUp’s secure checkout page, and invoices are paid through SumUp’s secure payment link. We never see your full card number.
Shipping
- Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. For other countries, send a request and we’ll reply with a shipping quote before anything is charged.
- Your books ship straight from our printer, Amazon, so the package may arrive in an Amazon box.
- We email you when your order ships.
- If we can’t ship within 30 days after you pay, we’ll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Damaged or misprinted books
If a book arrives damaged or with a printing problem, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund that book.
Returns
Other than damaged or misprinted books, all sales are final, so please check your pack and shipping address before you pay.
Copies bought on Amazon follow Amazon’s return policy.
